Amber Foster, MS, FACHE
Amber Foster, MS, FACHE joined the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) in June 2006. URMC is one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers. It forms the centerpiece for the University of Rochester’s health research, teaching and patient care missions. She holds the Director of Ambulatory Administration and Practice Management title at URMC. In her role, Foster works with senior medical, nursing and departmental leadership to develop, implement and monitor compliance with policies, standards quality, safety, operational and satisfaction metrics.
Foster earned her Masters of Science in Business Administration from the Simon Business School at the University of Rochester, Rochester, NY; her undergraduate degree from Rochester Institute of Technology, Rochester, NY and participated in the 2019 Emerging Women Executives in Healthcare program at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Boston, MA.
